Planned social visibility

Stay visible. Without living online.

Turn real offers, events, projects, products, proof, and customer questions into a usable monthly rhythm—without making the owner invent every post under pressure.

Start with the visibility bottleneck

The problem is not a shortage of things to post.

The business is already creating activity. The missing system is the rhythm that gathers it, plans it early, turns it into clear content, gets it approved, and sends customers toward a useful next step.

01Owner-dependent visibility

The owner is still carrying the entire content load.

Ideas, captions, photos, approvals, deadlines, and publishing live in the same head already responsible for running the business.

02Last-minute promotion

Offers and events become urgent before they become content.

Promotions get announced late—or not at all—because nobody translated the real business calendar into a public content calendar early enough.

03Invisible business activity

The business has real proof, but the feed does not show it.

Good work, customer questions, projects, products, photos, and updates stay trapped in phones and folders while the public presence feels generic or abandoned.

Choose the first social job

What keeps the business from showing up consistently?

The approved monthly product and range stay the same. Your choice changes the first operating focus, calendar structure, content inputs, and estimator intent.

Purpose before posting

Every post should know why it exists.

Some posts explain. Some prove. Some remind. Some promote. Some answer a recurring question. The calendar becomes useful when each piece has a purpose, a real asset, an approval owner, and a destination for the customer who wants the next detail.

  • Offers, events, work, proof, and FAQs organized by purpose
  • Captions, branded graphics, scheduling, and basic reporting
  • Clear separation between organic management, new production, and paid media

Approved monthly product

Start with the recurring rhythm. Add production when the calendar needs it.

The public monthly range covers management. Planned photo/video days and promotion pushes are separate add-ons so the owner can see the real difference between publishing support and new asset production.

What changes the Social Media Management range?

The range changes with platforms, cadence, content supply, approvals, account access, asset creation, support depth, and promotion needs—not with promises about going viral.

01

Platforms + cadence

Which accounts are in scope, whether the approved 3–5 posts a week applies across or within them, and which formats each platform requires.

02

Content supply

Existing photos, video, offers, events, products, projects, customer questions, brand assets, and whether new capture days are needed.

03

Approvals + access

Who approves, how quickly feedback arrives, who owns account credentials, what permissions are granted, and how corrections or urgent updates are handled.

04

Support depth

Scheduling, branded graphics, basic reporting, promotion pushes, paid media, comments/messages, community management, and work outside the monthly plan.

A calmer social workflow

Gather early. Plan visibly. Approve clearly. Publish consistently.

01

Gather

We collect the real month: offers, events, projects, customer questions, photos, videos, deadlines, updates, and approved business priorities.

02

Plan

The calendar organizes posts by purpose, platform, timing, asset, destination, and the approval needed before publishing.

03

Approve

Captions and branded assets move through the agreed review path so the business stays accurate without turning every post into an emergency.

04

Publish + learn

Approved posts are scheduled, the basic performance readout is reviewed, and the next month uses what the business actually learned.

Before account access

The questions that keep social support clear and safe.

Platforms, content supply, approvals, permissions, paid media, community management, reporting, and result expectations need written boundaries before publishing begins.

What is included in the $900–$1,500 monthly range?+

The approved Social Media Management product includes 3–5 posts a week, a monthly content calendar, branded graphics, scheduling and captions, and basic reporting. The final scope must define platforms, cadence, approvals, available content, account access, and any add-ons.

Do you create all of the photos and video too?+

Not automatically. Social management organizes and publishes the approved content rhythm. Planned photo/video days each quarter can be added when the business does not already have enough real media. Content Production remains a separate scope.

Can you guarantee more followers, reach, leads, or sales?+

No. Platform distribution, audience behavior, competition, offer quality, timing, account history, media quality, and many external factors affect results. The service promises a clearer operating rhythm and defined deliverables—not guaranteed platform outcomes.

Is paid advertising included?+

Not unless the proposal says so. Ad strategy, creative variants, campaign setup, audience work, pixels, landing pages, budget, platform charges, optimization, and reporting are separate from standard organic social management.

Who approves posts before they go live?+

The approval owner and timeline should be defined during setup. Overton Digital can prepare and schedule content, but the business remains responsible for accurate offers, dates, claims, permissions, customer details, legal requirements, and final approval where required.

Do you answer comments and direct messages?+

Community management, inbox response, lead qualification, moderation, crisis response, and after-hours monitoring are not assumed inside the standard product. They must be listed explicitly if included.

Will you need our passwords?+

Account access should use the platform's supported business roles, partner access, or permission system where available instead of casually sharing personal passwords. The accounts, ownership, recovery contacts, permissions, and removal process should remain documented.

What happens if a platform changes or removes a feature?+

Social platforms control their algorithms, formats, APIs, policies, account restrictions, and availability. The content plan may need to adapt, and the page does not promise permanent access to any platform feature or distribution method.

Do we need a website for social media to work?+

Not for every post, but the business needs a trustworthy destination when the customer wants details, pricing guidance, a menu, booking, a quote, proof, or a next step. Social visibility is stronger when it leads somewhere useful.

What is not part of the standard monthly rhythm?+

Unplanned rush campaigns, large promotion pushes, new photo/video production, paid ads, extensive design campaigns, contests, influencer agreements, community management, crisis response, and work outside the approved calendar should be scoped separately.

Bring the messy month

The business should stay visible without the owner carrying every post.

Bring the offers, events, projects, products, proof, customer questions, photos, videos, deadlines, platforms, and the current approval bottleneck. We will map the smallest useful monthly rhythm first.
