Start with the real problem

Customers cannot trust what they cannot see.

The goal is not to manufacture a fake version of the business. It is to make the real quality, people, place, product, and work visible at the moments customers are deciding.

01Visible quality

The real business looks better than the photos customers see.

Blurry phone shots and generic stock imagery make good work harder to trust before someone visits or calls.

02Content reuse

A good shoot turns into one post, then disappears.

Without a reuse plan, valuable photos and clips get buried instead of feeding the website, social, ads, and follow-up.

03Publishing friction

Posting keeps becoming an owner emergency.

A content calendar works better when it starts with real business activity and a planned library—not last-minute filler.

Find the right starting point

What does the business need people to see?

Choose the closest fit. The recommendation updates immediately and leads to a private planning estimate—not a forced sales call.

More than one post

Make the capture day keep working.

The shot list starts with where the content needs to go. That lets one business day create website images, vertical clips, campaign details, team proof, and future sales material without pretending every project needs the same deliverables.

  • Website hero and service imagery
  • Short-form cuts and campaign moments
  • Organized files the team can find later

Transparent scope

What changes the range?

The planning range moves because the work changes—not because the price is hidden. These are the practical scope drivers.

01

Time + locations

Event length, shoot duration, travel, access, and the number of places being covered.

02

Final deliverables

Photo count, primary video length, reels, graphics, formats, and delivery structure.

03

Production needs

Planning, interviews, audio, crew needs, conditional drone work, and special equipment.

04

Turnaround + use

Normal timeline versus rush delivery, revision rounds, publishing help, and expanded licensing.

A clear production path

Know what is being captured—and why.

01

Plan

We map the offer, audience, locations, shot list, uses, and practical constraints.

02

Capture

Photo, video, interviews, details, and approved drone work are captured with the final uses in mind.

03

Edit

The strongest material is shaped into the agreed photos, primary edits, reels, or campaign assets.

04

Organize

Files are delivered in a usable structure so the website, social plan, and team can keep using them.

Before you decide

The practical content questions.

Deliverables, usage, drone limits, raw files, and publishing should be clear before the capture day.

Do I need a complete shot list before we start?+

No. Bring the business goal, the places and people involved, and where the content needs to work. We can turn that into a practical shot and delivery plan.

Can one shoot supply both the website and social media?+

Yes—that is often the point. The capture plan can account for wide website images, vertical social clips, detail shots, team photos, and future campaign needs from the start.

Is drone coverage always included?+

No. Drone work depends on legal airspace, certification, weather, safety, property access, project requirements, and pilot availability. It is confirmed before the shoot, never promised blindly.

Do I receive the raw photo and video files?+

Packages include the agreed edited deliverables. Raw files are separate and quoted when they are genuinely needed.

Where can I use the finished content?+

Normal business usage covers your website, organic social media, email, and printed promotion. Paid campaigns, third-party publication, or expanded licensing are scoped separately when required.

Does creating the content include posting it?+

Not automatically. Content creation and editing can stand alone. Posting, scheduling, captions, and ongoing account management are included only when social media management is part of the scope.

Do you cover personal events or family photography?+

No. This service is built for businesses, brands, venues, approved business events, properties, products, food, teams, and real commercial work—not weddings, birthdays, family events, portraits, or real-estate listings.

Show the real business

If the work is worth doing, it is worth showing.

Start with the business goal and the material you already have. We will map the smallest useful capture plan and confirm the deliverables in writing.
